By downloading, installing or using the EMDR Mobile application (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own professional practice. This licence is valid for as long as you hold a valid subscription.
An EMDR Mobile Premium subscription renews automatically. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews and is charged automatically at the end of each period.
Prices are shown within the App and may change.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
iOS: cancel via Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Android: cancel via Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
All purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple and Google. Refund requests must be made to the support team of the relevant platform.
By registering as a therapist you confirm that you are a professional healthcare provider and that you have received appropriate training in EMDR therapy.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place on your account.
When using the App you agree not to:
IMPORTANT: EMDR Mobile is a supporting tool for EMDR therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The App must be used under the supervision of a licensed therapist trained in EMDR.
The developers of the App are not responsible for any medical outcome arising from use of the App.
The App and its contents (text, graphics, logos, audio files) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your licence if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the App immediately.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

The App is also subject to Apple's and Google's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreements (EULA). In the event of a conflict, these Terms of Use prevail.
