EMDR Mobile – Account and Data Deletion

At GMY Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. we take our users' privacy and control over their own data seriously. You can permanently delete the account you created while using EMDR Mobile, together with all of your personal data, at any time.
🔹 How to Delete Your Account and Data
Method 1: From within the app (fastest)
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:
- Sign in to EMDR Mobile.
- Open the Settings or Profile tab from the menu.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action on the warning screen that appears.
As soon as you confirm, all of your records in the system are deleted automatically.
Method 2: By email request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email instead:
- Send an email to admin@gmybilisim.com from the email address you registered with.
- Use the subject line "EMDR Mobile Account Deletion Request".
- State in the message that you want your account and all of your data held in our systems to be permanently deleted.
Once your request reaches us, your account and all of your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days at the latest.
🔹 Which Data Is Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently destroyed:
- Your email address and authentication (password) details
- Your in-app preferences and settings
- All data relating to your profile in our database
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription you may hold through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel a subscription you must do so yourself, from the Subscriptions section of the relevant app store (App Store or Google Play).
